Weston had his 2 month appointment on Friday. His stats:
Height: 21 3/4 inches 25%
Weight: 11 pounds 11 ounces 75% (!)
Head Cir: 15 5/8 55%
Impressive, huh? I wasn't too surprised, as I've been periodically weighing him and checking them against Corinne's stats. He's almost 2 pounds heavier than Corinne was at the same age, so, I guess he's definitely eating enough :-)
Our Ped. decided to put him on Zantac...as he grunted through the ENTIRE appointment. I just thought that was his little quirk ("he's a grunt-y baby!), but I guess it is also a sign that he could be uncomfortable. The grunting coupled with his alien-esque vomiting spells could be a sign of reflux, so we're going to see if this changes his behavior at all. He really is pretty easy- of course he has crying spells and sometimes completely trashes an entire ensemble, but the boy eats well and is sleeping realitively well (for someone who likes to eat so much).
On another note, I started back to work last week. It was pretty tough....considering Corinne was 5 months old before I had to leave her (and only 4 hours a day). My new job has proved to (so far) be less stressful which definitely makes a difference. After the first week being away from him, I spent all day Saturday holding him as I visited with Christina, Chad, & Sara. I'll be glad for Thanksgiving and Christmas breaks in the upcoming months.
I feel like he is growing up so fast already- probably because we also have Corinne to watch and teach and keep us occupied during his infancy.
