I am really interested where Corinne learned about coloring inside the lines. Was it at school? Was it watching me or other adults as we color with her? Is it some natural developmental milestone that all kids reach at roughly the same time?
Of course, she's only 3 1/2...so I'm using the term pretty loosely....but I was surprised this summer when she began to do this.
My sister (Love you Mar!) would probably tell me (with her art teacher training) that I'm giving her too many coloring books & pages & that I should just give her blank paper so that she can create her own pictures and not feel restrained by what's on the page. :) I promise to do a little bit of both.
That's ok, right?
